Val Nea

Sales leadership and coaching professional with experience driving digital advertising revenue, developing high-performing teams, building agency partnerships, and shaping sales strategy across DACH/EMEA. Seeking an international role where I can drive growth and develop talent. Open to APAC relocation; visa sponsorship required. At Teleperformance’s Reddit Ads project, I built and scaled the DACH Agency team from one to eight members, set KPIs and revenue ownership, and managed approximately 2,000 agency accounts across DACH and EMEA. I’ve exceeded monthly revenue targets of approximately €50K–€90K and reached up to 140% of quota. I grow advertiser investment from €2.5K test budgets to €100K+ monthly spend through full-funnel performance and brand campaign strategies, upselling, retention, and long-term agency partnerships. Currently, I coach sales teams and managmers at Sunrise, using call quality and performance data to improve conversion, productivity, sales techniques, and commercial results. I bring fluent German and English, international experience across Croatia and Portugal, and a practical approach to helping teams and clients grow.
