Utkarsh Sohane

I’m a backend-focused developer who enjoys building reliable services—secure REST APIs, well-designed database schemas, and dependable cloud deployments. I like turning complex requirements into maintainable systems that work under real-world constraints. Most recently, as a Senior Associate at Soochak Bharat Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I worked on backend development and cloud deployment using Google Cloud Run with Neon (PostgresDB). I implemented RFID integration for access control and automation, and I handled debugging, performance optimization, and Docker-based deployments to keep builds efficient and stable. Earlier, I interned as a Software Developer Intern at the same company, assisting senior developers with backend features, API testing, and database schema updates. That experience sharpened how I approach issue resolution during development and deployment cycles, especially around API reliability and data correctness. On my own projects, I build end-to-end systems with authentication, real-time updates, and offline/desktop workflows—like SoundSphere (JWT auth, Socket.io, MongoDB) and a Visitor & Attendance Management System using Electron and face-api.js. I’m motivated by scalable engineering, practical security, and shipping improvements that users can feel.
