About
At Meetup Travel, I wrote and tested sales chatbot conversations across Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I reviewed 3,209 customer messages, identified 409 questions, organized them into 40 topics, and wrote 25 FAQ answers checked against company sources.
I also designed website prototypes for a travel company and built a TikTok tool with Claude Code to check new posts for copies of company videos. After filing five takedown reports, TikTok removed three copies.
At the Embassy of Vietnam in Brunei Darussalam, I researched markets, trade, and international cooperation using Vietnamese and English sources, then wrote short reports. I’ve completed my coursework in International Economics at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and am available for full-time work.
