About
At AlphaPoint, I led a globally distributed QA team for a white-label cryptocurrency exchange platform and embedded QA representatives within development teams. I also took on release management, helping move releases from quarterly to every 2–3 weeks.
I designed and built two LLM-backed agentic testing tools that connect to Jira, Confluence, and GitLab to generate unit, acceptance, and end-to-end tests across REST API, WebSocket, and UI layers. The tools were adopted by 15 developers and 3 QA analysts, and helped reduce time-to-market testing cycles by 80% in six months.
Across Swimply, Bite Squad / Waitr, When I Work, and earlier product teams, I've built QA organizations from the ground up, stabilized test environments, created automation frameworks, and coached analysts and engineers. I've led teams of up to 12, recruited and mentored staff, and delivered over a year without rollbacks or hotfixes at Bite Squad / Waitr.
I'm also a co-founder and technical lead building a production multi-tenant kiosk, e-commerce, and point-of-sale platform, along with AI-powered tools and an indie game in Unreal Engine. I bring hands-on engineering depth to quality leadership, from mobile automation and release planning to AI-driven test generation.
