United StatesCustomer Success Manager at Transect
About
At Transect, I managed 85 renewable energy customers across solar, wind, and battery storage projects, owning the full customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion. I achieved 115% net revenue retention and increased product adoption by 20%.
Previously at Zoom, I managed 120 mid-market accounts representing $10.8M ARR, sustained 95%+ gross retention, and prevented $385K in potential churn through customer health analysis. I also delivered executive business reviews, adoption strategy, risk mitigation, and expansion planning.
