At Times of India, I identified a demand-supply mismatch behind roughly 15,000 unsold copies. I analyzed depot-wise distribution data and circulated a daily tracking report that helped reduce excess inventory by 11,000 units within one month. As an Operations Executive at Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. (deployed at Times of India), I generate MIS reports and analyze distribution and vendor allocation data. I also maintain data in SAP SD and coordinate reporting across depots and vendors. At Flipkart, I built KPI reports and dashboards for management to monitor operational performance. I also coordinated with cross-functional teams to track operational issues through to closure. For my Supply Chain Analytics Dashboard project, I built an interactive Power BI dashboard covering inventory, logistics, and warehouse KPIs. I also analyzed road accident records in Microsoft Excel and prepared a stakeholder-ready report.
