I’m actively looking for a job in Technical support, remote support, service desk Level 2 support position
At HCLTech, I work as a Technical Specialist on the AMD project. I joined the Global Delivery Center in Patna in August 2024.
At Protected Harbor, I supported US-based clients as a Technical Support Engineer L3. My work included Windows server builds and deployments, Active Directory and GPO, and server maintenance.
I also handled data center operations, PRTG monitoring, and data protection support, including backup and recovery with Acronis. I provided remote support using ConnectWise Control and AnyDesk, and supported Exchange and 3CX VoIP deployments.
Earlier, I worked at IBM as a Technical Support Representative on service desk projects for HERTZ and R1RCM HEALTHCARE. Before IBM, I provided L1 technical support for the O2 (TELEFONICA UK LTD) UK telecom project at FIS.
