BangladeshIT Monitoring Specialist at WalletHub
About
I’m an IT and Data Analytics professional with 2+ years of experience spanning monitoring, analytics, and workflow automation. I currently support production systems at WalletHub by monitoring application performance and infrastructure health, then using incident workflows to drive faster detection and resolution.
I build real-time dashboards, alerts, and automated notifications with Datadog, and I triage application errors and performance issues using Sentry. Alongside operational monitoring, I analyze website traffic trends and engagement metrics in Google Analytics to support data-driven operational decisions.
Previously, I provided virtual assistance and data analytics for a UK-based online education platform, automating student tracking for 100+ weekly classes with Google Sheets and Apps Script. I also cleaned and transformed 10,000+ row datasets using SQL and Excel, delivered dynamic Excel/Power BI dashboards, and improved workflow integrity through CRM management and performance audits—recognized with Employee of the Month.
