I serve as the single point of contact for 25+ national and regional contractors, managing quotes through delivery and issue resolution. My work ranges from spot pricing to 1,000+ line-item commercial bids. I translate contractor takeoffs and specifications into bills of materials and pick tickets, and manage scope revisions, addenda, and value-engineering alternates. I price to assigned margin targets while comparing costs across manufacturer lines. I manage orders in Oracle and coordinate inventory, vendor drop-ships, and freight across multiple branches. Before Viking SupplyNet, I managed a B2B account portfolio at Cintas and posted the division’s highest route sales volume in FY2014.
