I’m a results-driven Product & App Operations Specialist with 3.5+ years of experience running mobile app product operations, CMS/admin dashboards, workflow coordination, and operational documentation in fast-paced environments. I focus on accuracy, deadline-driven execution, and making day-to-day operations run smoothly across teams. At Physics Wallah (PW), I managed app-level product operations and ensured accurate product visibility across mobile application platforms. I worked closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to execute operational updates and promotional campaign changes efficiently, keeping business process execution consistent. I’ve built and maintained key customer-facing and campaign elements such as product badges (New, Bestseller, Offer, Discount) and I configured discount structures, pricing logic, and promotional tags to support marketing goals and user engagement. I also worked extensively on WordPress, internal CMS systems, and admin dashboards for operational management. Beyond execution, I strengthen operations through documentation and governance—maintaining SOPs, operational documentation, change logs, and workflow tracking records. I’ve also supported operational reporting and data management using Google Sheets and internal systems, while successfully handling multiple workflows simultaneously without losing operational accuracy.
