I developed 15+ DAX measures (including CALCULATE, SUMX, FILTER, MEDIANX, ALLEXCEPT, and SWITCH) to compute KPIs like YoY engagement growth, attrition rate, YTD survey trends, median happiness index, and stress-based employee risk segmentation—reducing manual reporting effort by 60% through richer drill-down reporting and decomposition views. I also automate analytics pipelines for scalability and real-time readiness. I built recurring data ingestion using Power BI Dataflows, Incremental Refresh, Scheduled Refresh, and Gateway Configuration, and I’m equally comfortable with Python-based data preprocessing from my AI/ML internship—where exploratory analysis and feature processing supported 92% model accuracy.
