Seeking remote Senior Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager roles. Based in Romania and available immediately for permanent employment, B2B and short-term contracts. Experienced in leading distributed engineering teams, improving delivery predictability and managing dependencies and risks. Open to occasional travel with expenses covered. Senior Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead with approximately eight years of professional experience, including nearly four years as a Scrum Master, and a background in embedded software engineering. At AUMOVIO / Continental Automotive, I led three distributed Agile teams comprising 30+ engineers across Romania, Germany, Serbia, and Singapore. I helped improve sprint goal achievement from approximately 60% to as high as 90% and reduce failed sprints by 50% over one year. Working with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, I supported delivery forecasting, capacity planning, dependency management, and ART-level risk management. I facilitated PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, using ROAM to manage risks. I built Power BI dashboards to identify delivery bottlenecks and guide team improvements. I also developed a cross-functional estimation and budget-alignment process adopted across six teams. My experience in embedded C, systems integration, testing, and validation helps me connect engineering discussions with delivery priorities. CSM and SAFe certified. Based in Romania and available immediately for remote Senior Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead roles, including permanent employment and contract/B2B engagements.
