About
I've led enterprise cloud, data, automation, and Martech delivery at Madison Communications, GroupM Nexus, Mindshare Fulcrum, and GroupM. My programs span GCP, Azure, Power BI, ETL/ELT automation, API integrations, and full SDLC governance from discovery through production.
At Madison Communications, I delivered outcome-based engineering programs that generated Rs. 40 Lakhs in incremental revenue and saved 2 FTEs through automation. Across GroupM engagements, I reduced media analysis turnaround time by 60%, cut manual effort by 40%, moved data latency from five days to near real-time, and delivered automation saving 3 FTEs.
I'm a Certified Scrum Master who brings structure to complex delivery through clear plans, RAID management, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and Agile governance. I enjoy translating technical architecture and delivery risks into practical decisions for engineering teams, clients, and CXO stakeholders.
