About
At Cowries Technologies Limited, I lead operations and customer support across SendCowris, CowrisPay, Binance P2P, and Bitget. I oversee transaction monitoring, escalations, and reconciliation across multiple payment providers.
I develop SOPs and build n8n workflows to streamline operations and customer communication. I also track KPIs and manage 24/7 shift rosters for the team.
At Powerex Limited, I installed and repaired or maintained UPS systems and Automatic Voltage Regulators, and installed solar power systems. At Satlex Solar Company, I assisted engineers with on-site solar installation and maintenance.
