I've supported Claro Colombia's Core and Data Center infrastructure since 2003, maintaining service continuity across mission-critical telecommunications facilities. As Switch Owner Core, I coordinate end-to-end infrastructure projects and implementations with Back Office teams, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders. I manage requirements, execution tracking, validation, final acceptance, maintenance routines, incident recovery, and escalation. I've led Huawei IP equipment migrations, electrical infrastructure load migrations, Data Center hot/cold aisle containment, and 3G/4G/5G network integrations. My work covers space, power, interconnections, hardware installation, commissioning, and operational readiness. I build operational dashboards and KPIs for maintenance, outages, inventory, telemetry, workloads, and resource allocation. I also automate routine tasks through equipment scripts, automated queries, and basic process programming.
