Wanjiku Nelly

I help busy executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners reclaim time by bringing structure to their operations. I manage the systems and tasks that keep days running smoothly, from inboxes and calendars to administrative coordination. At FIFA Holdings Limited, I work as a Data Analyst, supporting data analysis, cleaning and validation, Excel reporting, reconciliation, and inventory data tracking. I use organized data management to help maintain accurate, usable operational information. My IT support internship at the National Hospital Insurance Fund strengthened my ability to troubleshoot issues, support account recovery and permissions, and set up multimedia equipment for meetings. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to executive support and understand the workflows behind efficient operations. I'm comfortable supporting sensitive, time-critical work across administrative and technical environments.
