For the last several years, I’ve supported enterprise customers untangle difficult production issues, improve reliability, and get more value from the Microsoft cloud.
I’m deeply specialized in AVD, Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, FSLogix, Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure networking. I resolve high-severity incidents using PowerShell, Kusto Query Language, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, diagnostics, and platform telemetry—then turn what I learn into repeatable troubleshooting steps.
