Mario Alberto Martinez Oliveros

At Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, I developed a surrogate-model-based optimization framework for Wave Energy Farms to reduce the computational cost of hydrodynamic simulations. My regression models captured over 92% of the variance in energy output predictions, and the research was presented at MICAI 2025. I also developed the official website for the Bachelor's in Information Technologies for the Sciences using Next.js and React. After completing my degree in Information Technologies for the Sciences, I'm building on my foundation in optimization and automation and studying cloud computing to prepare for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
