Laxmi Naik

At Atlant Global India Inc., I managed recruitment from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and onboarding. I coordinated joining formalities and employee records, monitored attendance and leave, and supported monthly payroll processing. I also handled exit processes and insurance administration, and prepared performance reports using department inputs. I’m seeking remote opportunities in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR Operations, Administration, or Customer Support.
