About

I've supported secure Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, and endpoint environments for organisations including Redkite, Streetbees, Crisis, and Metro Bank. At Redkite, I designed Conditional Access policies, implemented PIM, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Intune management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. My PowerShell automation reduced 1st–3rd line response times from 48 hours to under two hours. Most recently at CRU Group, I led RBAC implementation, migrated MFA from Duo to Microsoft Authenticator, and designed automated Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows. I also build identity governance, privileged access, compliance, and audit-ready processes.
