At Yes Bank, I contributed as a Senior Business Analyst to features across retail net banking and mobile banking, including account, card, deposit, and loan servicing. I also worked on digital onboarding journeys for savings accounts and credit cards, and on digital loan origination journeys across web and mobile. I gathered requirements with business stakeholders and documented them in BRDs, FRDs, change requests, process flows, and user stories. I analyzed current and future processes, identified gaps, and collaborated with design, development, and QA teams to support implementation. I prepared test cases and traceability matrices, coordinated testing with QA, and conducted UAT through business feedback and sign-off. Before my business analysis work, I was a Deputy Branch Manager at Yes Bank and a Customer Service Officer at ICICI Bank.
