EcuadorSystems Engineer at Katheryn Priscila Rivera Lizano
About
I've driven end-to-end implementation and go-live of the PRONTO SaaS platform at PLADSU, managing onboarding, adoption, support, escalations, CRM tracking, and renewal conversations for corporate accounts.
My systems engineering background supports hands-on ERP and SaaS delivery across Java, .NET, and JavaScript. At CONTÍFICO-SIIGO, I resolved complex enterprise support incidents, maintained SLA compliance, trained new support team members, developed education materials, and collaborated on functional QA; earlier, I gathered requirements and built enterprise applications at Sofynetworks.
