At Devtech, I owned the analytics lifecycle as a one-person data team, building governed data products for an international technology company. I replaced fragmented resource planning with an automated staffing model that saves ~15 hours per week and is used daily for decisions. I also built financial forecasting covering €200k+ in monthly invoice volume and an account health framework monitoring 15–20 client projects. Earlier, I built the finance function from scratch at Saturized, developing P&L, cash flow, and forecasting systems to support executive decisions.
