About

I've led global technology and business transformation programs for Dow, managing a US$10 million investment portfolio across technology, operations, finance, legal, supply chain, cybersecurity, architecture, and analytics. At Procurement Garage, I established and scaled the Strategic Alliances function, building governance frameworks, KPI reporting, planning processes, and delivery practices across global partners and internal teams. At Softtek, I led SAP Application Management Services for Ternium, growing the delivery organization from approximately 60 to 108 SAP consultants. I also led Big Data, predictive analytics, computer vision, and drone-enabled industrial inspection initiatives. Across Ericsson, Telcordia, BRQ, Petrobras, Embratel, and consulting engagements, I've built PMOs and operating models that improved resource planning, portfolio visibility, financial control, and predictable execution. I'm PMP, PSM, and PSPO certified and open to remote international opportunities.
