As a WhatsApp representative for a university food vendor, I answered customer questions about food orders and payments, and managed multiple conversations. I assisted with payment-related issues, including a case where a customer had been debited but the vendor had not received the payment. I kept the customer updated about the bank-resolution process. As a Biochemistry undergraduate at the University of Ibadan, I’m interested in providing reliable administrative and personal support remotely.
