Previously at ADP, I led end-to-end ADP Workforce Now implementations for clients with 2,000+ employees. I guided discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, change management, and adoption across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. My background spans HRIS, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and HR analytics.
