At INFLECTIV AI, I responded to user questions on Discord and Telegram, investigated reported problems, and escalated complex technical issues to internal teams. I also created FAQs and user guidance to help community members resolve common questions. At VANAR (FORMERLY VIRTUA), I handled user inquiries and investigated platform issues, including a missing reward and a token migration problem. I shared findings with users and followed up with developers until the migration issue was resolved.
