I'm looking for a fully remote role as a data analyst, business intelligence or reporting analyst, or healthcare and public health analyst, working with real data to support decisions that matter. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, and comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones. Hands-on with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python. I'm a data analyst with an MPH in Epidemiology and a BSc in Physiology, based in Abuja, Nigeria. My work sits at the intersection of health and data. Through internships and project work, I've turned messy, real-world datasets into insights that support better decisions: running the SQL data-quality audit behind a team analysis of 6,150 hospital claims (a 39.58% denial rate and about $7.22M in identified revenue leakage), contributing SQL analysis to a hospital patient-flow study, and completing an individual investment capstone that compared three hospitals across 10,900 encounters. I'm comfortable across the analytics stack: SQL and PostgreSQL for querying and cleaning data, Power BI (including Power Query and DAX) for reports that non-technical stakeholders actually use, Excel for pivot-table analysis, and Python for deeper work, including a Random Forest model with 94% accuracy on student engagement data. I've also used IBM SPSS for statistical analysis and Looker Studio for live-connected dashboards. What I care about most is accuracy. I'd rather flag an uncertain number than present something inflated, and I like work where the data has to hold up to scrutiny, such as claims and operations analytics or public health research. I'm looking for fully remote data analyst, business intelligence, and healthcare analytics roles, and I'm comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with remote teams.
