At Independent Creative Production, I develop and produce creative projects, events and digital content from concept to final execution. I create scripts, short-form video concepts and educational game formats, and adapt my role to what each project needs. As an independent producer, I help turn an idea and a goal into a workable plan, from research and creative direction through team coordination, logistics and delivery. I’ve worked across creative, media, event and content projects, switching between the big picture and practical production details. At EventyOn Russia, I worked as an external event production contractor, coordinating teams, venues, schedules, logistics, speakers and on-site operations. I supported corporate, educational and international events with up to 2,000 participants. At Kuzbass Foundation, I produced educational, cultural and youth projects, including the Sheregesh Forum, with its educational programme, cultural programme and stage management. At Apriori Event Agency, I produced more than 1,000 events and developed scripts and interactive programmes; at Synergy Corporation, I worked on social media, content production and educational projects.
