About
At RACMO Saudi Arabia, I provide technical direction for the technology roadmap, remote engineering teams, enterprise modernization, and cloud architecture supporting scalable and secure operations.
Previously at Telecel Global, I directed IT operations across offices in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. I led the headquarters relocation with zero downtime, strengthened multi-location security and disaster recovery frameworks, and supported hybrid work for more than 100 global employees.
As a Senior Telecom NOC Engineer at Telecel Global, I supported a 2,000+ node telecom network serving over 2 million subscribers at a 99.99% uptime standard. I reduced MTTR by 30% through automation and expanded core network capacity by 60% for nationwide 4G rollouts.
I bring 11+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering, systems administration, IT security, global team leadership, and strategic technology governance.
