David Kramer

I've led product design for Shopify Plus identity infrastructure, NAVBLUE aviation operations, and Monark's intelligence platform. My work turns complex, data-heavy workflows and compliance requirements into intuitive SaaS experiences. At Monark, I balanced automated insights with human control to increase user engagement by 31%. At Bloks, I led the 0-to-1 design of AI-powered product features that built trust and accelerated adoption among 1,000+ early users. I use Figma Make and Claude to prototype quickly, run continuous customer research, and align product trios around feasible, high-impact solutions. I also build design systems, mentor designers, and partner closely with engineering teams to protect craft through delivery.
