NigeriaIT Support Intern at Federal Ministry of Works

About

At Galaxy Backbone Ltd, I handled internet connectivity and network-related issues as an IT Support Intern, gaining practical experience in technical troubleshooting and supporting access to network services. At Federal Ministry of Works, I handled connectivity and other network-related problems and assisted with troubleshooting to support access to network services. I also provided basic technical support in a government office environment. Through informal administrative support, I handled email correspondence, helped set up email accounts and recover account access, and assisted with bookings. I’m a Computer Science graduate awaiting final results, seeking an entry-level remote role in IT support, help desk, virtual assistance, administration, or customer support.
