Botle Macha

I’m a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience delivering dashboards, reporting, and data quality support in remote and hybrid environments. I combine BI, data warehousing, and ETL processes with strong stakeholder communication to help teams make scalable, data-driven decisions. In my current role as a CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT (CVM) ANALYST, I extract, cleanse, and manage customer datasets using Oracle SQL and Snowflake to support campaign targeting and reporting. I design and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards, document campaign dataflows and reporting logic, and support multichannel execution using SMS and email. Previously at Blue Security, I used SQLServer, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM to deliver 10+ interactive reports and dashboards, accelerating departmental decision-making by 50%. I also built high-quality datasets across 5+ departments, led training sessions to improve data literacy, and bring a problem-solving, hands-on approach to every engagement.
