At Manipal Institute of Technology, I modeled and assembled a 32-part SCARA robotic arm in Fusion 360, then ran a static FEA study under a 50N payload. I troubleshot meshing stalls and artificial stress singularities to validate its structural integrity. I also developed a parametric 3D model and assembly of a lathe tailstock. Through self-directed Arduino and ESP32 projects, I built a local server, weather monitoring station, and automated lighting control. At Anant Enterprises, I participated in factory-floor assembly line operations, built a custom PCB from a template circuit design, and constructed a 12V–220V transformer. I’m seeking internship opportunities in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing for Summer 2027 and/or long term starting July 2027.
