At Woodhouse Day Spa, I deliver personalized luxury experiences and recommend wellness products, upgrades, and service packages tailored to each client. I also secure future appointments and maintain confidential client profiles to personalize return visits. At The Red Door Spa, I built and maintained a loyal, high-end clientele over 14 years. Personalized wellness plans and recommendations helped turn first-time guests into repeat clients and generate referrals. At Started Inc., I sold international and domestic calling plans by phone, handled objections, and closed sales. I also led and coached a call-center team on product knowledge, service standards, and closing techniques. Earlier, as Assistant Manager at Sabah Halal Meat & Grocery, I managed daily retail operations, billing, invoicing, and transaction reconciliation. I'm seeking a remote role selling vacation packages, cruises, and curated travel experiences.
