At Convertr, I take customer problems from conversations to working software, building with AI agents. I create user-facing prototypes customers can react to and internal tools that help product and engineering teams work faster.
As VP of Engineering at unbiased.co.uk, I guided the technology organization through 10x business growth and two investment rounds. I built five teams, moved the company to the cloud and a service-based architecture, and introduced continuous delivery.
As an Indie Product Developer, I prototyped and released my own product ideas, including Mimiq, an AI copilot for conversational knowledge management, and Tadatada, a headless and stateless data processing engine.
I enjoy working end to end: talking with users, shaping a solution, and shipping something real that can be observed and improved. I work best in lean teams that value close collaboration and learning through rapid delivery.
