About
I hold an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Namibia, where my research focused on what drives employee job satisfaction across private organizations in Windhoek. I surveyed over 200 employees and analyzed the data in SPSS using everything from correlations to regression analysis, producing a formal report that was selected for an academic presentation in 2026.
Alongside my academic work, I’ve gained hands on business experience in retail and marketing. At Habitat Home Decor, I helped run daily operations, handling customer service, invoicing, stock management, and sales through IQ Retail. I’ve also provided creative marketing support for RE/MAX Agent, designing social media ads and editing property videos.
I'm looking for a remote role where I can bring this mix of organization, analytical thinking, and client support to an operations, HR, research, or admin team.
