Alina Silva

I translate complex behavioral, social-network, and operational findings into clear narratives that help stakeholders understand what will change—not just what the numbers say. My work has supported large corporations, government decision-making, energy initiatives, and financial products. I’m drawn to systems that shape behavior at scale, and I use rigorous validation, repeatable analytical routines, and practical automation to make decisions sharper and experiences less random. At Centro de Gestão e Estudos Estratégicos and Codeplan, I produced strategic studies, monitored KPIs, standardized datasets, and delivered automated reports for government entities. I bring an Economics background and experience across research, public policy, finance, and client-facing work. At IBPAD, I modeled daily datasets in SQL and Python, built automated Looker and Tableau dashboards, and used AI and n8n automations to cut report execution time by 50%.
