IrelandSenior Software Engineer at Intuit
About
At Intuit, I build Sherlock AI's interactive campaign overviews, customer journey visualizations, AI insight panels, and natural-language assistant using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Java, and PostgreSQL.
I've delivered secure onboarding, case management, self-service, and LLM-powered customer platforms at Deloitte; customer features and real-time commerce services at Nordstrom; and Facebook Business Manager tools that improved UI performance by 30%, advertiser adoption by 18%, and reduced production bugs by 25%. I enjoy connecting LLM, RAG, semantic search, and predictive models to fast, usable product experiences.
