About
I developed a municipal licensing platform for Birzeit Municipality, where citizens can submit and track applications through a Flutter mobile app and staff can manage requests in a web dashboard. I contributed to frontend and backend features, Firebase Authentication, and real-time notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
