About
At HydroVeille.ma, I built the commercial strategy for a SaaS public tender monitoring platform, including its pricing model, legal templates, CRM pipeline, and go-to-market execution. I manage prospect relationships from outreach through negotiation and closing, coordinating with the technical co-founder on product priorities.
At MOLECOR, I managed a strategic portfolio across Morocco, MENA, and Africa. I structured a network of distributors and coordinated key accounts, opened export markets in West and Central Africa, and reported directly to senior management.
I also worked on industrial projects at MOLECOR, including production unit setup, logistics platform development, and local operations coordination. I negotiated a strategic joint venture with Moroccan partners from negotiation through governance.
Earlier, at RASEC RETAIL, I developed the retail channel and negotiated agreements with strategic accounts. At IMPORT DESIGN, I led import and distribution operations, managed a team, and negotiated with international suppliers; at INVENTCOM, I defined commercial and marketing strategies for clients.
