Our client helps businesses replace slow, manual, people-heavy operations with AI-led managed services, deploying agentic AI across functions like customer service, collections, accounts receivable and payable, and loan processing. With a delivery footprint across Australia and Manila, they pair proprietary IP with hands-on onshore/offshore delivery teams to run these functions end-to-end on behalf of their clients.
