Key Account Representative

This job will ensure consistent service delivery to retain and grow specific corporate account business. The Key Account Representative excels at proactive communication with internal and external customers and works collaboratively in all areas of our business (from order to cash) in a professional manner. This includes driving compliance to customer requirements by assisting technicians, dispatchers, parts, and back office support.

Monitors assigned account to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements prior, during, and after service calls.
