Sales Development Representative

SageReport is a HIPAA-compliant platform that turns student and client assessment data into high-quality, editable psychological and psychoeducational draft reports in minutes, supporting nearly 200 assessments and built-in state-specific compliance, all while preserving the clinician's professional judgment and voice. We work with individual practitioners and school districts nationwide, including large systems like Atlanta Public Schools. Our mission is to build a product our practitioners and districts love, and this role is central to that.

Tasks

Contribute to building the Sales Development function from the ground up by defining processes, documenting best practices, and shaping the systems and playbooks future SDRs will rely on.

Drive targeted outbound prospecting into school districts, tailoring messaging by role (Directors of Special Education, lead school psychologists, Pupil Personnel Services leaders) and district structure to open high-value conversations.
