Aspiring Founder/Future Changemaker

We are not looking for someone who just wants a job—we are looking for a future founder. If you are a visionary, a doer, and a changemaker driven to build businesses that shape a better future for Malaysia, this call is for you.

Why We Exist

Gaps exist in every system—economic, social, and structural. Left unaddressed, these gaps widen into systemic issues that take decades to solve. At REAPRA, we do not view these challenges as insurmountable obstacles; we see them as opportunities to build industries that integrates business success, contribution to society, and long-term wellbeing.

Who We Are

REAPRA is a unique venture builder and nurturer. We back individuals who possess a deep, intrinsic motivation to tackle complex societal issues. Read more about us here:

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking active, highly driven future founders who think in decades, not quarters. You are a good fit if you:

Possess Intrinsic Motivation: You are fueled by a strong personal purpose and a desire to solve real-world problems.

Think Long-Term: You see the potential to transform society and the world over a 20-to-30-year horizon.

Are an Action-Oriented Builder: You don't just critique existing systems, or think about possibilities —you actively take steps towards it.

Embrace Ambiguity: You are comfortable starting from scratch and navigating the uncertainty of early-stage venture creation as a solo founder.
