We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Vail Resorts and support our iconic Australian alpine resorts - Perisher , Falls Creek and Hotham.
Recruitment in the snow industry is fast-paced, varied and highly seasonal. Each year, we build large workforces across hospitality, mountain operations, guest services, snow sports, retail, rental, corporate and specialist roles.
This is more than a recruitment delivery role. You’ll work across the broader recruitment lifecycle, provide senior support to the TA team and contribute to initiatives spanning early careers, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, international recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, systems, automation and AI.
