Business Development Representative, Manager (SEA region)

What You'll Do:

Responsible for SEA BDR performance in term of booking and SQL target.

Supervise and ensure BDR use all the tool effectively, optimize work rate, Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling.

Work closely with Client reporting Manager to resolve internal and external issue .

Work with COE team to ensue SEA regions new hire onboarding, building out or sourcing high impact skills development programs for the ongoing and continued development/upskilling of the sales team

Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (Product Managers, GTM Leads, AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver Solution & Strategy enablement
