Senior Assembly Process Engineer

To this purpose, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior CoWoS Assembly Engineer who is committed to making a difference in the world through their contributions. You will be responsible for development of CoWoS Assembly process & material for NVIDIA 's next generation products as part of the Advanced Technology Group (ATG).

Do you have a strong background in CoWoS (S, L and R)? Are you proficient in one of the related fields, such as System on Integrated Chips, CoWoS design or Hybrid bonding technology ? If yes, then we’d love to hear from you! The job requires working on complex problems and building advanced products; you will be providing solutions that are highly creative and directly contribute to product differentiation.
