Payment: $1,200 USD/month (depending on experience) We are seeking a licensed nurse or MD to support a U.S.-based endocrinology practice through its Principal Care Management (PCM) program .
PCM is a care coordination program designed for patients with a single chronic condition requiring ongoing management . In this role, you will work closely with the provider to ensure patients receive continuous support between visits, helping improve outcomes and adherence to treatment plans.
