Counsel, Commercial Contracts

Overview

The Commercial Counsel, Contracts will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel, supporting the Chief Legal Officer, and serve as a legal point of contact for business stakeholders across MRO Corp oration (MRO) and its subsidiaries. Sitting at the intersection of commercial contracting and healthcare compliance, this role requires a strong foundation in contract law, experience with technology and SaaS agreements, the ability to build trusted relationships with internal partners, and the judgment to navigate complex, regulated business environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced in-house setting and can manage a high-volume, varied workload with minimal supervision.
